This is my first try uploading something here.
Let me know if this is right or wrong...

Hair is Sunshine blond and the mesh is from XMsims http://www.xmsims.com/sims2/ehtm/hair/hair13.htm
Eye liner and shadow from www.lyran.net
Bloodless lips for all skin types from Enayla
Top from www.simmetrical.com by Jasmine
Jeans from www.mercosims2.com
 
I cant remember where the hair came from so if you recognize it, Please let me know so I can give credit.

Frog Girl, the hair you included mesh 003 and is by XM Sims. Make sure you include the required meshes, pictures and credits in future uploads.
