Hmm, well making a skintone out of it wouldn't be all that difficult, you just import it into Milkshape and make a Top and Bottom mesh out of it, then map a skintone to them the way Marvine details in her tutorial. However it's really something the mesh creator should take on, mostly because (s)he will have all the work files already, but also because of mesh modification permissions and all that. I've recently tried reworking someone else's mesh for a request, and got caught in this quagmire of getting permission that has pretty much made a bunch of work a waste of time, so I don't think I'll be going that route again anytime soon... I have enough of my own ideas to play with anyway
