Organizing houses-2 questions

If I do this...........in my custom neighbourhoods (which are themed) if I load the house into the neighbourhood, and then delet the house in the in the house bin, will that delete the houses from the other custom neighbourhoods?
After losing everything, twice, (computer crashed completely twice and lost everything) I am now trying to organize my game in a better way.
Also..........some houses I like but they are furnished houses which I don't like, or come with some game objects I don't want, if I load this house into the neighbourhood, make the changes I want, delete the house in the house bin, and then put the modified house into the bin, will the house still function?

Since this devastating crash event, I now have backups installed on my second drive on my game computer, and also on my other computer. My game computer only has the Sims2 on it, nothing else, and if I can organize it properly I will be really pleased with myself.

1- Deleting the house from the housebin won't ever delete the houses you already place in any of your neighborhoods, you can safely delete them from the house bin once you are done placing it in your different hoods.

2- Yes, if you modify a house and place it back in the house bin so you can use it in other hoods later, the house will still work and the modifications you made to it will be kept.

Thanks so much, I tired before I got an answer deleting after placing the house (only did 1) and got that part figured out, but I was not confident enough to try modifying until now.
