My cutscenes dont work,
I have Pets original, Updated it, Fast computer ..

Are they enabled?  Check your game options, under camera options.  They're called Special Events camera.

They are not enabled,
But I can't click "Enabled",
The things are gray ..
What do I need to do now ?

It means that your graphics card isn't good enough to support cutscenes.  There may be a way you can manually override that, but when I had a graphics card that couldn't, I never figured it out.

Thats weird, I have the same graphics card like my brother,
Even its a better one, And it works fine for him, ..
