tatoo skins

i love all the tattoo skins here and on mod....
but they just seem a bit much for my sims
my sims are pretty softcore :iconbigg:

i was wondering, are there any tutorials for editing skintones?
cause i honestly don't know where to start...

I'm planning on writing a tutorial on how to put tattoos on skins, while keeping it as realistic as possible.
It'll probably take me a week (but maybe less).

but, i can't find any really good and free sites with tatoo designs. anyone know any?

I don't keep or remember any links, I usually just do a Google Image Search, and search for things like "tattoo flash" or "star tattoo flash" etc.
