I downloaded a CAS face replacement, and backed up my CASThumbnails, and it got deleted when I cleaned out my folder.

So I was wondering how to get the CASThumbnails file back into my 'Thumbnails' folder.

Is it possible if I can download it again?

It should regenarate by itself the next time you either start bodyshop or go into CAS in the game.
