Hello, fellow simmers.  I thought I would share a lot I built some time ago and love playing for the non-family sim. Roomy enough for up to 5 sims and a pet. (At least that is all the sims in my household)  I have an older computer and large lots just lags too much, also the car leaving the normal driveway piece stops my play a bit, so I use the short piece.  This lot is dedicated to the simmers who are in the same predicament as I am.

Lot: 2X2
Cost: 69,097 simoleons
Features: 3beds, 2 baths, basement, open plan livingroom, kitchen, eat in kitchen, fully furnished (in my haste to package, forgot the alarms, and phones, sorry), landscaped, with driveway.
Left the basement bedroom to be furnished to your liking.

Custom Content Included:
N65 Flowering Vine 1 and 2 by Nengi65 @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=217211
Jonesi Mod Stairs by Jonesi @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=213637  (You must go to the site to get installation instruction for the stairs to show)

Much love and respect to INSIMenator for this forum to share our creations and love to the creators above for they are the BOMB!
I love this game! Thanks Maxis! The Sim Community are much appreciated!

I use all EP's and no stuff packs

It's a lovely house! Interesting how in some countries basements are used like an extra bedroom for example . In Holland basements are rare nowadays. Only very old houses have them. In the old days they were used to store food only. They were never used for recreational purposes.

Thanks for the lovely comments. You have given me something to pause and think about, Nileke.  I am in the Midwestern region of the United States, here I have been all around the region, the use of basements are used from storage, to extra space, to recreational. The home I was raised in had a beautifully built, recreational basement.

What a cute little house. Smiley
I find that I'm beginning to favor smaller homes and lots.
    Thanks.

Yeah, I'm wondering this too.

Will it work if you only have Uni and Nightlife?

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it!  To ma. and kittenwitten, I suggest that you use Sims2Clean Installer to download if you don't have all EP's.  I don't know this for sure, but I have gotten comments for others who use the installer, they are missing the items from EP's they don't own, but was able to get the structure.  The installer is located at ModTheSims2.com.:-P :happy8:

So sorry ma., but I am not computer savvy.  I don't know much about macs, but you can try looking it up @ ModTheSims2 or under technical questions, in the game help sections.  Hope that helps.

I love this house.. it looks so real!  People make such crazy big houses for sims that aren't realistic for the average person's income.. but then again, we can't do "motherlode" either!  Thanks.
