Hello fellow simmers. I am sharing today a new lot, I built for my upwardly, mobile sims. The couple with the 2.5 kids, a pet, and one car. Or maybe, the new university graduate, that got a large monetary gift, that's burning the pocket. Anywho, this is the lot for them.
Lot: 2X2
Cost: 59,537 simoleons
Features: 3 beds, 2 baths, open living and dining areas, kitchen, basement garage for one car, basement recreational area, double deck in back. Fully furnished with Maxis, and landscaped.
