I guess I thought it was a girls name cuz' I've actually met women named Rowan, but not men.  Guess it's one of those things...like being surprised to meet a man named Shannon cuz' I was sure that was a girl's name (due to having hung out w/ a chick by that name in Jr. High).  Gender Neutral names can be confuzzling to weirdos like me.

I think they can, similarly to the way that vamps and werewolves can:  call up the gypsy and buy the potion.  Plantkiller, I suppose?  :-)

Actually, you call up the Gardening Club and they sell you the plantsim cure potion. Or, you download Monica's computer, or the InSim, or MATY's FFSLotdebugger or...well, you get the idea. LOL

Tulip, Rose, Sunshine, Nature, you know...anything thats outside but boy names are harder to come up with.

Alot of victorian names had plant references, have a look on the internet for romantic period names.

I suppose naming a plantsim Rutabaga would be a little odd.  Ok he could go by Rudy, but still...

Well, then there would be Broccoli, Beet, Cabbage, Dill, etc. I mean you COULD get all silly on it. You know...that sounds like fun!

Dill's not a bad name Calling them after the average vegetable however is asking for trouble :laugh:

How else would anyone expect us to name sims that look like they just stepped out of the label of a can of vegetables?

On the subject of names one i love to use that not many people know of is Lycrosis its a type of red flower very beautifull.

My newest plantsim just had twins.  I wouldn't have just assumed they could, but lo and behold!

I guess it's like those tomatoes in my garden where one does a kind of mutant budding thing off of another. LOL It happens rarely but it does happen. Was the second one a vegetable too.
