Pre-Seasons clothing enabled as Outerwear | Update 2

I was wondering if it would be possible for you to do the same thing for the toddler costumes, please?  The little bearsuits would look so cute as winter coats.

I have this download - in Downloads/Clothes/InsImenator but it doesn't work!   None of the pre-seasons cosutmes show as outerwear.    I used the conflict detector and it did not find any.

Suggestions?

The way this works, it is unlikely it will show up in a conflict detector. Try moving them into just the downloads folder, then adding a z in front of each file name.
