Downloaded Sim won't show up (AGAIN!!!)

GAAAAAH! I am on the verge of pulling my hair out!

I have downloaded 3 sims, and NONE SHOW UP!! And this all started with that Peggy Male Model. Now, I downloaded 'Jason' from here, and he won't show up. I downloaded another sim sent to me to test out, not showing up!

I put it in my downloads folder, and then in my SavedSims folder, and no cookie.

Help please? I want my sims..... *sniff* :bawl: :bawl: :bawl:

Frog_man, silly question I know but I remember you mention reinstalling the game recently.  Did you enable back custom content in your game after the reinstall?

I didn't unisntall. PrincessJen said that she can't even INSTALL the game anymore, so I plan trying to fix it before.
