Game crash

How can I see the sims I downloaded and delete them? I downloaded a lot of sims and when I go in body shop and I select one of them the game crash and I don't know how to delete him now because I can't delete him in body shop, in the game also when I select him the game crash.

I am pretty sure you can use the clean installer to delete them, it can be found at modthesims2 site.
