My first house upload!!
Residential worth 89,606 and lot size is 50 x 50
With a combination of modern structure and country flair, your sims can enjoy the comfort or even make this a vacation retreat. Air flow through out the mansion and even a greenhouse for those with a green thumb. This house includes 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom. Large kitchen and dining room, study area and extra rooms to fill of your choice. A split pool with a slide in the backyard to cool off in the summer. Enjoy!

This is one gorgeous house!! It is so hard for me to find houses which do not need all EPs. I only have NL and I will definitely get Seasons so this is just perfect!
