A small, contemporary, saltbox style architecture, that screams suburbs. Enclosed entrance and back porch, makes winters a little bearable during the winter months.  Small yard in back to add a small garden and fruit trees, maybe a wishing well. Built on a 2X2 lot for slower pc's and can accommodate 3 to 5 sims, 3 baths for easy access to the facilities, livingroom, dining, and study on a open plan, kitchen, masterbedroom with bath ensuite. Fully furnished and landscaped, with parking for one car.



Cost: about 87,000 simoleons

Thanks everyone.  I thought I would try something different for an entrance and back porch.  Wish someone could mesh screen windows, I would be indebted forever to that person.  HINT!!
