Fixed Maxis Andy & Lucas Hairstyles

So, yeah, these are downloads that you can get here from EA/Maxis, but there are a few annoying things with that one. They both switched back to the default puffy hair when you changed colors, and they came with some extra files. So I fixed that with these. This is just the hair only, so no extra annoyances.

Meshes/Textures aren't made by me.

They look different from the ones I have in my game. Gave up downloading hairs from EA/Maxis. All of them have only the adult version worked. As they are extra meshes, they don't work exactly like the game ones (the missing ages are completed with defaults), but revert to whatever used as source.
