Graphics Jump after minimizing sims game

1024x768 with a refresh rate at 60... it goes  up to 75 though.
 
Should I change it?

i never alt-tab anymore because when i do my game takes forever to show up. it's just a big blue screen of nothingness.

anyway, i hope you guys fix your issues.

KNOWN ISSUES WITH VISTA DRIVERS:


nVidia Geforce Series

Problem: Stuttering sound during gameplay and lower frame rate and problems showing rain
Cards: Most Geforce cards
Please check for the latest drivers. NVidia is actively working on this issue.

Problem: Sims, plumbob sim indicators, and other various objects appear corrupt in both the neighborhood and lot screens on Windows Vista
Cards: Geforce 7300

yeah the new PC came with vista, I was running XP  before..
 
I'm beginning to hate vista :rofl:
