Fun fact: the most famous type of match is called
máscara contra mascara, or mask versus mask. Two masked wrestlers compete, and the loser is unmasked by the winner. The longer a wrestler goes without being unmasked, the more famous he becomes. A few of the most famous were never unmasked during their careers.

El Tormento, who recently won second place in the Macho Man contest. He’s just starting out in his career, trying to eke out a living for himself, his wife Marisol, and heir son Jesús. He hasn’t been unmasked, but we’re giving you a little peek at what he looks like…
