no eyebrows or accessories on employees

Since i've installed seasons, my employees in a business lot or home business will not have any eyebrows or accessories (i.e. glasses) when they are in uniform. I seem to remember being able to change employees makeup and stuff (maybe i imagined it...)
I've just started using default replacement eyes and skintones, but i don't think it has to do with problem.

is this a glitch? can someone suggest a solution? (maybe a hack that allows business owners to change the employees appearance?)
