Description:
The Windsor Residence is a large, four-winged building set around a central "tower". Originally intended to house a restaurant, the residence sports a large kitchen and dining room on the first floor, along with an outdoor, uncovered patio and a vegetable garden in the back, and two "tea patios" at the front. A striking feature of the ground floor is a "conversation well" set into the floor of the hall. The second floor contains a large bedroom, a palatial bathroom and a spare room that could be easily converted to an office, a suite of bedrooms, a living room, or a combination of those. The third floor is wingless, and contains only the tower at the center, which is used as an office by the resident. The levels are connected by elevators. There is a pool and some light landscaping done as well.
