Still ugly baby aliens

Okay, I've done all of this, but still I get the babies with huge eyes and tiny eyes. (I found that tutorial here btw)

And yes, I want multiple Pollination Techs, otherwise it gets a bit boring, no?

Has anyone else tried, and also failed? XD Or could someone else also do it? Please, I'm begging you! D:

If I read the post correctly it is normal and I quote:
