This is Homebrew Farm, and it is especially for families who dont want to/cant work. They can live off of the land
What they can get off the land: flour from the windmill, which can make all sorts of deserts and bread. Food from the gardening plots. Honey, from the beehives. Fish from the pond and fruit from the trees
I have left the hall slightly empty, so if your family wanted to go into business, there is room for shelves and a till.
The house includes: front room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms.
The lot size is 4x3, and the price is $85,988.
