A great mansion, old style, for your Simmies.  Includes three levels (two above ground and one below), three bedrooms, a kitchen and diningroom, a former parlor, a familyroom, a two-car driveway, and two baths.

Please note that this house DOES NOT come furnished!  I've only included some screenshots of furnished rooms to show the home's potential.

This house requires both expansion packs.  I say 'probably' because I'm pretty sure I've included some walls and floors from University.  And I definitely have included objects from Nightlife -- the driveway for one, the fountain for another, etc!  Non-ep owners download at your own risk.

I forgot to write down exactly how much it costs!  It's something around $70,000, though.

i love the place but erm one small problem? I went in changed a few things for personal use pretty much made a few rooms bigger, Anyways i put my family in and well it has it showing the family like it would if you hit the 'tab' button. I tried to untab and nothing. Umm is it becuase I changed around a few things or is it becuase there is a glitch or? blah help or idea's

update: rebooted pc and reloaded into it it brought up the stuff like it should. Maybe it's a one time deal? who knows love the work Cheesy

LOL!  I think it was more a glitch in the game, ldysyn.  Like, it would have done that no matter which house you were in.  My game does wierd things sometimes ... thanks for commenting! Cheesy
