The next lot in a series of downtown living.  As I said before, I loved mstybl95 city lots with alley parking and decided to build more for my neighborhood.  I asked her about my sharing them and she agreed, so here is another one.  I use these and her lots.

This house is sort of a revamp of an older house.  I love the old wood shingle siding.  I am into house architecture.
Built on a 2X2 lot, 3beds, 3 baths, livingroom diningroom combo, kitchen, and basement. Fully furnished and landscaped. Alley parking. Cost about 95,400 simoleons.

Custom Content Included:

Wire Fence and Gate- Supatramp
Lavatera, Foxglove- Macarossi
Birch Tree Shrub- Khakidoo
White Pediment- Ailias
Open Wooden Stairs- Reyn (go to the link for installation instructions)http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=221958  without this the stairs will not show.

Recolorable Wooden Stairs- Numenor

Thanks to all the creators again for their wonderful creations and creativity. Thanks to INSIMenator for this forum and allowing me to share here.

These houses are adorable. Can I use these in my hood? I plan on uploading my whole neighborhood when I'm done creating it, though, so if you don't want the lots to be shared with it just say so. I won't use them. I'll only share through this site or my own.

Thank you everyone!  I just realized when I looked at the screen of the back view, I didn't finish the roof over the back porch.  I am so sorry. Just remove the post on the porch or finish the roof yourself. *rubbing sore spot on my head*!!
