I guess my Barbies where the no hip/butt type.. LOL   This mesh looks more like my friends and that's what i love about it, very realistic and well done.

No particular reason really, I usually go through and choose a series of outfits for each new shape, mostly trying to create a variety of different types or fit a certain personality I have in mind for them.  I also might just forget about a particular outfit, or not get around to doing it.  There's just so many to choose from, and I usually make each set around 8 so I can finish them in a reasonable amount of time.

Beats me, there's nothing special about any of these... install the mesh and outfit, and it should just work.

Hey! I absolutely love your bodyshape-it's magnificent- but is there anyway to make it maternity compatible?

It already is as far as I can take it, Maxis outfits that have Preg morphs originally have them in my sets.  Selectable everyday maternity clothes are hardcoded by the game and cannot be selected with custom meshes.
