ancienthighway is right, Charlotte. The crash log is only really helpful to the software writers or maybe Microsoft. The best thing to do is to delete cigen.package as ancienthighway suggest and move your "SavedSims" folder to the desktop try to run Body Shop - if it works, then you know you have a bad file in there; if it still crashes, then you know it most likely a bad download.
If you can think back to your recent downloads, perhaps you installed something that may be messing with Body Shop. I have had this happen in the past.
Things to look out for are duplicate (multiple) default skin tone replacements, duplicate meshes, and duplicate sets of Body Shop modifications. These are not necessarily going to be easy to locate if you don't recall their names.
Sims2Pack Clean Installer may be helpful if it comes to finding something in the downloads folder.
It is a good idea to run Sims2Pack Clean Installer any way.
