Bodyshop always crashes

This is the error message that i get when i try to open bodyshop! What can i do to get it working again?

Try deleting My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\cigen.package.  

If that doesn't work, you may have a mesh requiring an EP/SP that you don't have.  You'll have to move your CC and contents of SavedSims out of the game, then try adding them back 1/2 or so at a time to find the problem mesh.  This post tells you how if you don't know already.

It has only been since i have downloaded some houses off MTS2. I just been lookin through my sims2 files, could someone tell me what this means?

EDIT: Even when i don't have any downloads, it still crashes

Did you remember to clean out your SavedSims folder and delete cigen.package?  Problems in either of those will crash Bodyshop.

As far as the exception report you posted, the only thing that can tell any of us is you're running the Bodyshop that came with Seasons.

ancienthighway is right, Charlotte.  The crash log is only really helpful to the software writers or maybe Microsoft.  The best thing to do is to delete cigen.package as ancienthighway suggest and move your "SavedSims" folder to the desktop try to run  Body Shop - if it works, then you know you have a bad file in there; if it still crashes, then you know it most likely a bad download.

If you can think back to your recent downloads, perhaps you installed something that may be messing with Body Shop.  I have had this happen in the past.

Things to look out for are duplicate (multiple) default skin tone replacements, duplicate meshes, and duplicate sets of Body Shop modifications.  These are not necessarily going to be easy to locate if you don't recall their names.  Sims2Pack Clean Installer may be helpful if it comes to finding something in the downloads folder.

It is a good idea to run Sims2Pack Clean Installer any way.

It is something in my saved sims folder, i remember i did download a sim from here but whenever i tried to use it, my sims rebooted itself! Thanks for the information!!!
