Jeez, I need help again. No Audio/Pics

I have no idea what to do.  I haven't downloaded any new hacks or hack objects but my game doesn't have any audio and the audio option in game options is grayed out.  Also in game pics don't show up in my neighborhood/storytelling folder. What is going on? This is weird

Ellen are you playing in Windowed mode?  check your game starting shortcut's properties and look for

-nosound

in the command line -- if that is there delete it.

Only certain times in the game are screen captures saved to:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Storytelling

Also check the neighbourhood folders for screen captures:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\G001\Storytelling
My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\N001\Storytelling
My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\N002\Storytelling
My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\N003\Storytelling
