Cosy Home – A cosy starter on a 2x2 lot for single sim or couple without children. Fully furnished, with everything your sim needs to get started. Maxis content only. No hacks or cheats were used in the making of this home.

Yeah it's just 11,000 simoleons with all the furniture. I think that was because of the use of the (Inge Jones's?) stay-things shrub I used when moving my family out, because I wanted to package the lot for upload...

They really should make them like that IRL, I agree.
I've been using this little house over and over again, just changing the, wall coverings, doors, windows, flooring and furniture, and it's amazing how different the house feels when just decorated differently.
I'll see if I can post a picture of the lot done differently...
