This is a request from Ravensclaw.  It uses Lethe_s's Dark Tome mesh from The Dark project located here:  

MTS2...The Dark Project  See post #11 and you'll need Dark-tome+recolours.rar in order for my recolor to appear in your game. According to the dark project the item is Sims 2 base game compatible.

That was/is a great movie!  These books are just photoskinned, so if you can find me a few screenshots of the book to work with, I'll see what I can do.  I'll need a view directly from above as if you were standing over it looking down at it, and one of the spine too.  If you find them, just go to the request section and start a new thread there, post the pictures, and we'll go from there.

I posted a pic there but I doubt it's good enough to skin from.  I wonder if anyone out there knows how to take a screen shot from a movie (DVD) and save it as a .jpg-ish file?  I'd watch the movies agian just to pic out the book.

@oniongirl999: Well, the picture you showed was from the TV program Tales from the Neverending Story. Not quite the same, but if we went with that, we could use a scan of the cover of the DVD set that resembles the book from that show. I'd really love the original from the movie, but I'll have to try and see if I can get a screen capture from the movie - assuming there is one in the right position that Auronette could use. Surprisingly I couldn't find a single usable image online, nothing even close, and I searched through hundreds of sites / thousands of pics.

A note about the Neverending story. It's giving me a little more trouble than I thought it would, so it'll be a little while longer. I'll get it posted as soon as I get the problem worked out.

And with that said, I'm gonna log out for a while and work on some other things and quit spamming the boards.
