1) Lobonanny is intended to work with the Baby Controller.  Lobonanny just makes the nannies incapable of doing really stupid things like cooking with no skill.  Instead they sit on the couch doing nothing until the Baby Controller tells them to do specific things to take care of the baby.  If you have existing nannies when you install Lobonanny, you need to follow the included directions to hand lobotomize the existing nannies (or kill them).

My Sim couple was bless with 6 babies and they're running around like mad to try and take care of them!!! Can you guys give me some advice as how to find the perfect nanny, and not the maxis made nanny where she just change diapers and feed them half the bottle?:lol: Thanks

Anyway, I would use servo's they're pretty useful! Selectable nannies is a great idea as well!
