I started out with a floor plan from this house I was looking at online but it was too complicated so this is what I came up with. Hope you like! This House has 3 Bedrooms (4 if you include the "Entertainment Room", 3 Bathrooms and a 4 Car Garage (well, 2 on the outside and 2 on the inside. This Lot isn't furnished due to the fact that most items are donation items, but here are some pictures of how it may look after you furnish it....

What expansions do I need?

Glamour Life Stuff pack, Nightlife, H&M Stuff pack. You shouldn't need any other EP's or SP's.

Also, if you want a pool table you will need University EP.

If anyone would like a simpler version where you don't need any EP's or cc then just let me know and I can furnish it with Maxis objects, walls and floors so that you can download easily.

Hmm... did H&M stuff pack come with any other walls, floors or furniture?  I can't really imagine anything other than clothes... Oh well- here goes nothing.  Great work, though.  Really good-looking place.

Yes. It comes with walls, floors, doors, windows and objects. Not really a lot of furniture though.

No, I think only the shop furniture, like the new clothes rack etc. (and I like the new walls in the H&M pack.)
