For some reason the sims I downloaded won't show up in the game.I tried doble clicking on them & it said something about a program not being installed.What do I do?

Nina, that means that you don't have one of the Expansion Packs needed. To remedy this try using Sims2 Pack Clean Installer. You can get it here . This program allows you to install sims and lots even if you are missing an EP required. Smiley

Are the files you downloaded .zip or .rar?

If so, you need a program like winrar to install the files in your downloads folder.

WHen I try to download the houses I make they won't show up, but other people's houses show up in my game. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
