Urban House

Well I'm back into the house design, well I'm the still the average builder so don't expect great architectural buildings with loads of details and custom stuff. I'm still into the normal objects which for me are fine to build a house.

Lets go that what matters:

This is my first urban house, equiped with the latest technologies and the whole costs a small fee of 21$110 ( Correct me if I'm wrong )

This house has : 2 couple rooms ( 4 sims)
                       One room with 2 beds ( 2 sims )
                       2 living rooms ( With Tv , Piano , ect )
                       1 Bathroom
                       1 Kitchen
                       1 Dinning room

This house is good enough to hold a big family ( 6 sims ). Still you may require to add a bigger table in the dinning room because it only supports 4 sims at the time when eating ofcourse.

Custom Content - This house is tottaly free of any custom thingies
Expansions - I have all

Finaly I want to make a request, that those who download it make a review of the house, its a simple thing, comment about the good stuff and bad stuff, what needs to be improved ect.

Well for starters I can't install it because I don't have an Expansion pack. I'm guessing Season's since it's the one I don't have.

It's a lovely house! And I love the windows. I use them a lot myself. And it makes for a nice change that no custom content is required. I'm very picky and don't want high poly counts in my game.
I do download houses with custom content, though, if they're too gorgeous to resist. Custom content, however, involves a lot of research on my part to check the poly counts.
