wow this was a bit scary, my heart jumped when I saw this house, this is almost an exact copy of my grand dad and grand mom's summer house where I stayed on my summer vacations when I was a kid. my grand dad died in 1983 and my grand mom 2001. My mon sold her share in the house to her sister, who tear down the house and builded a new one, the lot where the house was uild on is located near the water, no neighbours and so on,it was my deam location when I was a kid. I have nor visit the new house my aunt has build,I hardy talks to the bitch any more,not since they demolished the house back in 2002......
I will donload this house and put it in my neighbourhood, to bad the sims can't have a summer house
