help please my hair wont show up

nonne of my hair is showing up and i have the sims 2 pack clean installer and an extracter even when i download a mesh ans get hair colours its still not showing up i am so confused can u guys help me?

Did you enable custom content in your game?  It is in the game option menu.

After you enable it, you need to quit the game and restart it for the cc to show.

i dont know but all of my clothing and objects are showing up

Ummm if your cc objects are showing you could try and delete the groups.cache and cigen file located in the c:mydocuments/thesims2 folder

Also delete the CASthumbnail.package file located in c:mydocuments/thesims2/thumbnail folder

Do not worry, the game will recreate those files when you restart the game.

The Cigen file is created by bodyshop so that one might not be there if you never open bodyshop before.
