I'm trying to help you with the hair (also, I'd love to find them too) so give me some time. Here's what I've found so far. I don't know if I'll be able to find Candice's (shame, it's my favorite) or TSR (so many pages!) but I'll try.

They can not post all the files needed as that would be a violation of the rules. Just relax and follow the links like everyone else does. Sure it's a pain to try and find all the files sometimes, just be thankful that they provided links to the sites the files are from.

She did a wonderful job on theese sims, just thank the creator for that and then if you like the sims download it and then find the files necessary to recreate it, nothing else need be said.
