When I got the little guy I was told he was a "she". So I named him Nellie. When I took him to the Vet, she explained how I could sex a nutered ferret (because all Marshall's ferrets come spade/nutered and de-skunked). He had his name for longer than a month when I took him for his shots and I wasn't going to change it. So I thought.. hey' there's a rapper named Nelly. The ferret named Emma became Ima (It means NOW). LOL!! It was a desperate moment for me there. I have NO idea why they had to have male names after a month. (They are both 6 now) but I thought that they did. Go figure. LOL Thanks for asking!
