I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but can sim plants chnge their hair? I'm asking because I've seen some hairs for sim plants (here) today...

I never tried to change their hair personally since from what I know it cannot be done, maybe what you saw is default replacement plantsim hair/skin. There are a few of those available.
