Downloaded furniture don't appeare in the game

I have downloaded furniture but they don't appeare in the game. Can anybody help me please :sad3:

i have the same issue... i was told to run the game, allow Costum Content then shut the game down completly and then run it again and it should appear.

i tried that and it didnt help me, but it might help you

Try deleting groups.cache and the files in the folder Thumbnails.

i wounder if we are going to need a new CEP for this game...

Probably will need a new CEP since it seems to conflict with the new bathroom stall recolors. Looks like Numenor is working on that right now.

I am having the same problem I can't find a lot of my downloads in the game now???  Do I need to reinstall all of them?? I miss all my custom content..  Has anyone figured this out yet?? I still love the new EP though.

I am unable to see any custom furniture, but some recolors of Maxis original furniture will show up. I also am able to use custom skins, hair, and some clothes, but nothing else.... I didn't realize how much I used the insiminator download till now. I miss it......

Also check your downloads folder, for some reason it is sometimes entirely wiped clean when BV is installed! Yet custom clothing, hairs and accessories still show up.

yes it happend to me. all gone every one of them. thank god i had a back up on my other drive. So check you downloads folder.

my game was doing the same thing i removed the download folder then put it back in and all my downloads showed up in the game but now all the new content for bon voyage disappeared and when i click on a vacation lot they are empty and when i'm playing my sims i can't go on vacation when i clicked on the phone it don't give me an option to book a vacation. i uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall the game but it still don't work.

I was having the same problem, CC floors and Walls were showing but no objects even sims makeup and clothes were showing. I shut the game down to go to bed, got up and went on the sims and all my CC objects were there.

Before I installed BV I took out all my downloads and put them in a folder on the desktop, when I place them back in I used the Content Manager to make sure I had no hacks.

the same think happened to me but now my objects are showing up again.
what you guys might wanna try is redecorate. delete the objects that are acting up and re-buy them and after that the game will be back to normal.

My problems is with the houses..I install a lot but only some apears there....(Some from Backdoor lane)....Also all the sims and skins i puted in to the game!!!!

I cant get the furnitures in the game!But all houses and all the other stuff is working...strange!Has someone find out why?

Now i have all the furniture in my game again:):)I just shut down the game many times:)
