This is a redo of a house I built for a contest at Sims2Community about 18 months ago. Copies of the house have been playtested extensively. All landscaping is gardenable and is minimal. Your sim or the gardener can easily keep up with the trimming. I've tried to place end or coffee tables where it would make sense to keep a Thinking Cap for skilling. I intentionally left some blank wall space so your sim can hang custom paintings. The music room has one of the new Bon Voyage shelfs for knick-knacks. My goal, as with all my houses, is that it's playable and good looking.

Maxis "Lost & Found" #26: Floral Centerpiece if you want the bouquet in the master bedroom to show up correctly. I considered replacing it, but I really like the look of this object in that room.
I had to add a folder with the Maxis recolors into the .rar because Maxis packaging no longer picks them up. Please move the folder into your Downloads and install the house which has the rest of the CC.
Edit: Ack! I changed wallpaper and repackaged and forgot to clean it. Cleaning it now. So sorry if anyone downloaded it!
