Is it true about teleporting?

Ive heard that you can learn teleport from people, is it true?? also learning it from ninjas. I may seem barking mad but someone told me and im gullable to believe anything..if so then where plz

From the ninja only, unless you get one of the new shiny hacks that allow any one that knows it to teach it.

The updated InSim for BV gives anyone the ability to Ninja teleport.

My sim learnt to teleport from the Ninja. He appears after roughly 30 seconds (real life time) in either the Zen Garden or the Pagoda and Market place (probably haven't got the names right) in the Fat Eastern vacation place.
He appears in a puff of smoke and then you have to quickly ask to learn to teleport before he goes. Once you speak to him he will ask you a question (with 50/50 chance) to see if you "are worthy". I spent ages doing this and finally after 7 attempts she learnt it.
If you get the answer wrong you have to go out of the lot and come back in for him to appear. Only one person can ask him per trip to that lot.

The ninja has always accepted the first answer I give him. What does he say if you get it wrong?

he says something like "you are not worthy of learning teleport"

ahh well i cheated lol i used the boolprop cheat and summoned him. but before that i downloaded something which learn to teleport was an option on the ninja even though weve never met before
