Hey, I wish I could furnish this sucker but my recent health has been poor. I think you have a pretty good idea on what you want. The house has two entrances. The one facing the sidewalk is the gym entrance where you could put the fraternity letters.

I hope you enjoy it, and I am rather sorry that I can't continue.
