Help with sims2 pets

I just got pets. Installed it. I am not able to use any of my phone on the game. I put the insimenator and that didn't fix it and i also put the new inteenator in. sorry about spelling. if anyone knows what could be doing this could u please help me. this is driving me crazy!!!!!! Thanks

I had the same problem when I got Pets. I was using a default replacement cell phone package and when I took it out, the phones went to normal. I wanted the cell phone to look like mine irl. Also, any phone hacks that are not updated to pets, should be removed.
