The makeup is a full face mask. It is available for all ages and genders.
The hair is a recolor of
Compulsive D's Dreads. You need the mesh. It is available for females aged Toddler through Elder. (Toddler doesn't actually have the dreads though)
This is NOT a full sim! The rar file contains the outfit recolor, the face mask, and the hair recolor.
Yes, that is my self sim modeling. lol And yes, I am a Raggedy Ann collector.
This little costume is completely goofy, but it took me 4 hours to do. So please don't claim it as your own. However, you may use it freely any way you want to-photos, stories...whatever.
