Need Help, My sims stucks!!

I need help i download a hose and installed in the game when i move my Family to the house they only stand by the mailbox and dont move from there they dont do anything by themself... what can i do? ohh i forgot to said that the mailbox istn't in the original place they moved it to another place...

Maybe the builder of the house accidentally deleted a portal and the house is unplayable.
Try another house to determine, if the problem lies with the lot or your game.

Check another home, the New house could of had a hack with it that doesn't work with your expansions!
