there are three dresses to choose from.
two pink ones -they are the same, but one of them is with socks (and hopefully see-through panties, or whatever they are called)
and one mint/pink colored

[Read this before downloading:
1. NO additional meshes needed, since the mesh is "built in"
2. REMOVE all other infant outfits - both recolors and meshes - or they will conflict with these ones. Put only ONE of the outfits in your downloads folder
3. The graphic setting SIM/DETAIL must be on high for the outfits to work correctly, especially dresses will look really weird if you don't do this.
4. Put this in you Downloads folder (or defaults folder if that's what you use)
5. The clothes override the diaper and works just like the maxis diaper. They go off when you ask a sim to bathe the baby or change its diaper.
6. ALL infants will wear the outfit you choose - both girls and boys

I've tested the pink one ingame, and I'm not sure yet if it is possible to see through the panties - maybe you need a darker skintone for it to show. here's a few pictures:

just have to say it: I'm in the middle of making a white christening dress (both pink/blue bows and unisex - white bow) using Bloom's mesh.

and I was wondering... any wishes?

here's "first edition" (I've made a lot of different ones - bows, socs, blondes, even shoes - but this is the only one without any mess on it...Smiley and even though it looks a bit blue, it will end up looking white ingame):
