Great vacation or family home. Another try at building modern style lots.
All maxis, no CC, easy to play.
Lot 5X3 ocean lot
Cost 193250 simoleons, Good gracious- maxis items
2 beds, 2.5 baths, walkout basement, room to expand, sauna room, recreation area, livingroom, dining and kitchen, driveway, landscaped and fully furnished.

I use all EP's up to Bon Voyage, and may have items from Glamour Life or Holiday Stuff Packs. This lot was cleaned with the clean installer, and no hacks.
