Scaladia is house that is a two stories high. On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen and lounge area. On the backyard outside there is a barbecue with a table and chairs. The garden is lovely but no over done. The second floor contains a main bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a small workout room that contains an exercise unit plus a stereo for those sims who like to workout to music. There is also two bathrooms. This house is perfect for any sim who has a little extra cash and wants a complete house.

This house contains no custom content and is fully furnished and mostly decorated(you can always add more!)

Free to upload with any neighbourhood but only with free sites.
