This is the cheapest little house I have in the game.
It has a single room with balcony upstairs and
a bathroom, kitchen corner and living/dining room downstairs.
There is also a pond in the backyard with a covered place for outdoor activities. If you change the fence against walls you´ll have another place to live !
For the spiral stair in the house - don´t forget to install the animations for the spiral stair !

I'm New...I've a Question...If I don't have any items of your house (windows, trees, floors, etc etc), this item will they automatically be installed and them I can use when I want?

Dear FallenGigius,
basicly you´re right :thumbup: But if you don´t have the windows, trees, floors etc. in your game, than I think you have just a few EPs on your computer right ?!
I have all EPs from Base Game to Bon Voyage. I guess the trees came with BV. If you haven´t all EPs, I don´t think you can install this house; sorry !
I´ve a similar house built with the Base Game only. This will work 100% for you. So if you would like to have it, just send me PM and I´ll mail it to you :santa:
