I don't know how many people will have noticed this (its taken me a while and I usually pick up on these things straight away) but there is a glitch with one of the BV outfits for female teens meaning that when you zoom out from the Sim a hole will appear in the elbow on each arm.
This file is an override of that mesh so that the holes no longer appear when you zoom out.
Simply put the file in your Downloads folder as usual.
Finally, do not upload this file anywhere else without my permission.
